What a difference a day makes...

I just love how all through the holidays the superstores bank on gluttony and living in excess...and bang...come January 1st all that product is replaced with jogging suits and treadmills.

Ever wonder why New Year's Resolutions don't last past February? Because people are expected to change their lives overnight. This winter try not to fall for the hype of change everything all at once...."Let's start Monday" mentality.

You can't change your mind or lifestyle in one day....without failure anyway.

Remember baby steps! Need help? When you throw away the holiday type foods, don't buy more. I KNOW that sounds obvious but if you think about it people get the in the rut of shopping for the same things every week or shop with the seasons.

Winter generally means we eat bigger quantities and richer foods. THINK SPRING! Get a head start on shrinking your stomach now.

Happy New Year!

A lot of people get into this habit with making a New Year's Resolution - a lot because they grew up seeing other people do it. However, you are correct in the fact it is not an overnight change and people need to take steps toward making their goals...rather than expect a fast result.

By the way, I work as a virtual assistant of The Healthy Moms ( http://www.thehealthymoms.net ), the site is fairly new and I thought I would drop by some mom and health related sites to spread the word.

Hi there,

I found your blog via the Cricut message board. Leanne Bloms stole your swaps? Well, she stole from me, too - she owes me just under 500 hundred dollars for freelance writing. You can read more about it here - pls. share my blog at the Cricut board if you think it appropriate.

Thanks,

HM

She is posting several items for sale on Facebook that appear to be items that appear similar to the items the circut message board "swaps" have (mentioned in other postings and on the internet of scams she has participated in)... hand made earrings and tons of scrapbooking supplies.
