THE BEST DIET ADVICE EVER...and where you got it.

The results are in...after MANY good responses from various websites and emails I have come up with a Top Ten List of everyone's favorite diet advice. Here's the stuff that really worked. Good Luck. Post your opinions good, bad, and the ugly.

After a big eating event (wedding, party, overindulgent Happy Hour, whatever), drink half your body weight in ounces of water for the next two days.
